Policies
- Payment:
- Due at the end of the service. I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, tap to pay, and cash.
- Late:
- I give a 15 minute grace period; after 15 minutes we will need to reschedule. If you are over 5 minutes late but still under 15, send me a message to confirm that you’re still on the way.
- Cancellations:
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $10 cancellation fee is due before rescheduling.
- No show:
- Missing an appointment without notice is a $15 no-show fee, payable on Venmo or Apple Pay, before the next booking.
